Quick update! Rowan is doing fine – but is still wearing the cone. She will until next Wednesday – but I think she is fine. The seed was tinier than I could have imagined! Geesch! But no surgery was needed just a local, microscopic glass wear and a dental tool – with a steady hand. Oh and did I mention the Specialist! Everything else looks A-OK with her eyes. I can’t wait to get back to agility – the course from last night look really challenging and fun. I hope to get the map and set up pieces.
My grandfather passed away. I’m glad he did not have to be in the hospital too long – not even 24 hours. But I do wish I could have seen him. I go to Eastern WA for the funeral and family time this weekend.
Call you grandparents or parents! Tell them you love them.

Hedder, I’m very sorry about your grandpa. I hope the weekend with your family gave you the time to be together and remember him.
I’m also sorry about Rowan’s little (wow, really little) eye issue. Boy, I leave town and all sorts of craziness starts happening (Izzy had her own vet adventures while I was gone). I’m glad that Rowan is on the mend, and the two of you will soon be entertaining the rest of us with your agility videos.
